LALMEK manufactures
valve blocks in multiple-operation machines with five axes. In-house manufacturing
enables us to offer a greater variety of components and even the ability
to customise components to your specifications. Small changes to existing
blocks are possible, even on a single block.
The multiple-operation
machines with five axes and automatic material feeder enables machining
on 6 faces eliminating manual changes. The material is clamped in the
fourth axe and can be manouvered for machining. A fifth ax grips the component
for machining of the last two faces. Small tolerances in relation to each
machined side can be achieved in this way.
Solid aluminium
bars are used in production, therefore there is no risk of leakage through
pores, which is a risk when die-casting.
Our method
of manufacture makes us very competitive not only on larger but also smaller
series. This is especially so when manufacturing a
component that requires machining on several faces. Our method of manufacturing
valve blocks with many variations is cost-effective which makes smaller
series economically viable.
We have the
capacity and resources to quote and custom bulid hydraulic block from
your description. We even undertake sub-contracting work using customer
drawings and specifications to manufacture components. We are able to
manufacture a complete block with different valves from a function description
or only produce a component from drawing. |
