From hydraulic power packs to hydraulic systems

A power pack can be designed for many purposes, making it possible to do several operations with different forces and speeds. It is possible with the same power pack to drive several cylinders and hydraulic motors simultaneously.

We endeavour to design power packs to execute the desired operation with as little heat generation as possible. This means amongst other things that we dimension the system to avoid as much oil flow restriction as possible.

Components (valves etc.) are nomally mounted on block systems. This gives a more compact power pack and lessens the risk for leakage. We also beleive that it gives a neat and tidy appearance.

Many of the components we use are manufactured in our factory from raw material to finished product. We are therefore able to customize components to your specifications.

If we're contacted at the planning stage of a machine or product line there is a greater chance that we can together reach the most functional and economical solution.>

The hydraulic system is is designed and constructed by LALMEK. The plant is used to lift, move, rotate and mount ventilation units.

You can see the blue power pack and the 2 x 3 cylinders to lift and rotate the ventilation units.
